Stir-fried Green Peppers with Chicken Gizzards

Clean the chicken gizzards with salt and cut them in half

Follow the lines on the white part, cut four or five vertically (as shown in the picture), don’t cut it

Cut it in half again (pictured)

Mash the ginger and green onions to make the juice

This is scallion ginger juice

Add chicken gizzards with onion ginger juice, salt and monosodium glutamate, mix well and marinate for half an hour

Green pepper cut into small pieces

Heat the wok, pour in the hot oil, add the chicken gizzards and stir-fry until there is no moisture
9.
Then add stock or water equal to the chicken gizzards, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
10.
Add green pepper and stir-fry, then add a little starch water to thicken it
11.
Finished product
