Stir-fried Grey Dish

Soak the picked gray ash vegetables with salt for ten minutes.

Clean it several times.

Boil it with boiling water.
4.
Remove dry water
5.
Lift the pot and drain the oil.
6.
When the oil is 70% hot, add the prepared chili and garlic.
7.
