Stir-fried Ham with Celery

Wash the celery and cut into sections, blanch in water, and shred the ham. Finely chop green onions. Dice dried chili.

Put oil in the spoon, sauté the dried chilies and chopped green onions first, and then put the ham. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce.

Add the blanched celery segments, add a little salt, and stir-fry evenly over high heat.
