Stir-fried Hazel Mushroom with Baby Vegetables

Wash the baby cabbage and cut into shreds. Soak the hazel mushrooms, wash them and blanch them in boiling water. The meat is shredded and marinated in soy sauce.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add shredded pork, green onion and ginger.

Stir fry until the meat changes color, add baby cabbage and hazel mushrooms.
