Stir-fried Instant Noodles with Mushrooms and Carrots

Ingredients: 1 packet of instant noodles, 2 spicy sausages, 3 frozen mushrooms, 150g carrots, 2 green onions, appropriate amount of ginger and garlic, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Tips:
There is no limit to the variety of mushrooms, and it can be any mushroom.
Spicy sausages can be replaced with various sausages (ham sausage/sausage, etc.).
Mushrooms need to be fried for a while, so as not to be unripe, which may lead to poisoning.
