Stir-fried Isinglass with Chayote.

Peel the chayote and remove the heart.

Cut the chayote into thin slices and let the water cool.

Put the isinglass into the pan, squeeze it and fry it on both sides, then cut into strips.

Heat the pan, add oil, green onions, and ginger to fry until fragrant.

Add isinglass and stir fry with a little water.
6.
Add the chayote and continue to stir fry.
7.
Season, thicken, sprinkle a little pepper, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.

Plate.
