Stir-fried Kale

Wash the cabbage leaves, control the moisture, remove the stems, and pull them into large pieces with your hands.

Dice garlic and cut red pepper into rings.

Put a small amount of vegetable oil in the pot, stir-fry the garlic and chili rings on a low fire after heating up.

Add the cabbage cubes, stir-fry on high heat until the color changes, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and a little salt to continue to fry.
5.
Add monosodium glutamate and sesame oil before serving.
Tips:
Green vegetables should be fried quickly, otherwise the nutrients will be easily lost.
