In midsummer, I can’t eat, but a bowl of cold noodles is definitely popular. Anyway, I ate two bites of this bowl and it was snatched by my husband~

Cold Noodles with Mushrooms, Bean Sausage and Sausage

1. Put flour and water into the noodle machine, use a narrow noodle die, select chewy noodles, and it will take about 15 minutes to come out

2. Chopped sausage and washed greens separately

3. Put oil in the pot, stir-fry the sausages and vegetables before serving

4. Put oil and water in the pot and bring to a boil

5. Put in the noodles and let it boil

6. Put in the right amount of salt and bring to a boil to turn off the heat

7. Remove the noodles, pour in flaxseed oil, fried sausages and green vegetables

8. Add Zhongjing Shiitake Mushroom and Black Bean Sauce

9. Ready to eat after mixing well

Tips:

After the noodles are out of the pot, they should be quickly mixed with flaxseed oil, otherwise it will be easy to mix together!
