Stir-fried Kale

1. Wash the kale with water and soak for 5 minutes

2. Cut the stalks of the kale separately. Cut the stem with an oblique knife and set aside the leaves

3. Chop garlic cloves and ginger and set aside

5. Put the kale stems into the stir fry first

6. Add the remaining kale leaves and stir fry

Tips:
