Stir-fried Kale

Wash the kale with water and soak for 5 minutes

Cut the stalks of the kale separately. Cut the stem with an oblique knife and set aside the leaves

Chop garlic cloves and ginger and set aside
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger and stir until fragrant
5.
Put the kale stems into the stir fry first
6.
Add the remaining kale leaves and stir fry
7.
After the kale changes color, add salt, soy sauce and sugar and continue to fry until cooked.

The fried kale can be served on the plate
Tips:
Ginger can keep out the cold very well. Putting some garlic and ginger when cooking is not only healthy but also more fragrant.
