Stir-fried Kale with Pig Ears

The pig ears are cleaned and washed with water.

Cut thin slices.

Cut the kale into thin slices, cook in oil, salt, water, and baking soda. After cooling, soak in cold water for later use.

Heat a pot with oil, white onion, ginger, and shacha sauce to fragrant, add chili powder and pig ears and stir fry, add light soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and pepper to taste.

When the ears of pigs are cooked, add the kale to thicken the sesame oil, stir-fry evenly, and put on a plate.
