Stir Fried Kidney

2 pork kidneys, put aside and remove the white tendons in the middle

Use a knife to cut the inner surface of the pork loin into a flower knife, and then cut into appropriate pieces.

Boil the cut pork loin with a knife in the water, and remove it when it gets hot.

Wash 2 bell peppers and break into pieces.

Put the oil in the wok to heat up, turn the bell pepper twice in the wok and remove it for later use.

Add the blanched kidneys, stir fry, add cooking wine, soy sauce, a little sugar, and some salt.

Add the oiled bell pepper and minced garlic before serving and stir-fry evenly.

Thicken with starch water and remove from the pot.
