Stir Fried Kidney

Cut the pork loin in half to remove the white part in the middle, and change it to a flower knife.

Boil water in a pot and add ginger slices.
3.
Blanch the pork loin, remove the foam from the discolored water and wash it with clean water (don't blanch it).
4.
Scallion, ginger, garlic, green peppers are sautéed in the pot.
5.
Add pork loin and stir fry. Finally, add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, and some sugar and salt to taste.
6.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
Pork loin tastes very strong, but after removing the key fascia and blanching the blood, there is basically no odor
