Stir-fried Kidney with Green Pepper

Buy the processed pork loin directly from the vegetable market, go home and cut it, clean it, and then carefully cut out the lines with an oblique knife, being careful not to cut it. Then soak in water for fifteen minutes!

Clean the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into chunks. Drain the water slightly and set aside.

Soak the kidneys, cut them into even pieces, and drain the water for later use.

Bring a clean pot to medium-high heat. Pour in 15 ml corn oil. After the oil is warm, add ginger slices and sauté for a few seconds.

Pour in the kidney slices and stir fry quickly.

The waist flower is slightly discolored, pour the cooking wine. Continue to stir fry.

Stir-fry until it's ripe, turn off the heat and set aside. Don't fry too old.

Pour 10 ml of corn oil into the pot, turn on medium-high heat, after the oil is warm, add green peppers and stir fry.

Stir-fry for about a minute, pour in a small bowl of water. Then continue to stir fry.

Continue to stir-fry for about 1 minute, pour in the previously fried kidney slices, and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then add half a tablespoon of salt to taste.

A little bit of chicken bouillon, stir-fry evenly, and leave the pot in 15 seconds.
Tips:
Don't stir-fry the kidneys too old, and the taste is not good. The cut kidneys must be soaked in water for enough time.
