This dish is super accommodating, and the toppings below are also very good. The sauced meat is made by my mother during Chinese New Year. I made kimchi by myself. A Sichuan colleague would always consider that I would not eat spicy food when eating a work meal together. This kimchi will be taken to eat together, and I will also put a chili for her. In addition to family members, colleagues spend the most time with each other, which is also a fate, which should be cherished.

Ingredients

Stir-fried Kimchi with Soy Sauce

1. Rinse the kimchi and squeeze dry, and rinse the sauce

2. Cut a chili pepper, cut a garlic clove

3. Cut the kimchi, sauced meat and Chaotian pepper

4. Pour about a spoonful of oil in the pot

5. Add minced garlic and chili

6. Then add the sauced pork shreds

7. Stir-fry, turn color and add a little cooking wine

8. Pour in kimchi and stir fry

9. Add a teaspoon of table salt if it’s not salty enough

10. Cover the pot for two to three minutes

Tips:

1. Kimchi and soy sauce are both salty, add salt to the last taste before you decide whether to add salt
2. If you don't add meat, you can leave the pot without covering the lid.
