Stir-fried King Pleurotus

Pleurotus eryngii cut into thick thumb-length sections

Prepare chopped green onion, minced garlic and red pepper and cut into two pieces

The oil temperature reaches 80% hot

After bursting out the fragrance, prepare to add the eryngii mushrooms

Stir fry after cooking

Add oyster sauce, salt and chicken essence

Continue to stir-fry. Pleurotus eryngii is more oily than the previous stage, and will spit oil after it is cooked for 8 minutes. Stir-fry until the color of eryngii mushrooms turns yellow, ready to serve
