Stir-fried King Pleurotus

Wash the eryngii mushrooms before cutting them, and cut them into strips. Do not flush the cut pleurotus eryngii into strips. Cut carrots and peppers into strips.

Heat the garlic in the oil and sauté fragrant. Add the carrots and stir fry for about 15 seconds. The dried pleurotus eryngii will have moisture out. The whole process does not need to add water.

Stir-fry the eryngii mushrooms on a small fire without adding water~

Add a little sugar, salt and monosodium glutamate chili in the oily light soy sauce. If you like to eat spicy, you can put red chili or sharp chili~ it will taste better~
