Stir-fried Lamb with Garlic and White

Cut the green garlic seedlings and remove the leaves, leaving only the white garlic. Carrot slices, green pepper slices like eye slices, green onions cut into inch sections. Mince ginger and garlic.

Cut the mutton into thin slices, and mix well with salt, cooking wine and starch. Heat the wok and put the oil, pour in the lamb and stir-fry to change its color, add a little soy sauce, and serve.
