Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

Half a catty of lamb slices, thaw in advance, pour a small amount of cooking wine to remove the mutton taste.

Cut green onion into sections, and amount of ginger and garlic.
3.
With a little more oil, stir-fry the lamb slices after heating up.
4.
Add the green onion, ginger, garlic, and the right amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce.
5.
Stir-fry evenly and sprinkle with a little salt, then it can be out of the pan.
