Stir-fried Lean Meat

Wash lean meat and cut into strips

Cut fragrant dried, green, red and yellow peppers into strips. Finely chop green onion and garlic.

Add hot oil to the pan, saute the shallots and garlic, then add the lean meat marinated with salt, pepper, and light soy sauce, and stir-fry in the pan.

After the lean meat has changed color, add fragrant dried and green, red and yellow peppers, stir fry, add bean paste, and stir-fry before serving.
5.
When out of the pan, sprinkle a small amount of coriander on it.
Tips:
1. Don't add too much salt, the bean paste itself has a salty taste.
