Stir-fried Lean Pork with Celery

Wash the lean pork meat, slice it, add salt, soy sauce, oil, cornstarch (the cornstarch is mixed with water), mix well, and marinate for ten minutes;

Wash and soak for 5 minutes, slice

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and stir-fry the celery for five mature;

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and stir-fry the lean meat, six mature;

Add the celery that has been fried to maturity, add salt, and stir-fry to collect the juice. PS: There is a lot of moisture after celery is fried, so the juice must be collected.
Tips:
1. Celery needs to be yellow to be tender;
2. In order to keep the lean meat from getting old, stir-fry the celery first, and then add it, so that the celery is cooked and the pork is very tender;
