Stir-fried Lean Pork with Cucumber Fungus

Soak the fungus in advance and wash it off, cut the cucumber into thin slices, and slice the lean meat.

Add a little garlic to the hot oil in the pan, sauté fragrant and stir-fry the lean meat.

Stir-fry until the lean meat turns white, add a little soy sauce, and serve after the fry.

Pour the cucumber slices into the pot.

Tips:
Cucumbers are cut thinly, so put them at the end and don’t cook them for too long.
