Stir-fried Lean Pork with Snow Peas

Prepare the lean meat.

Prepare snow peas.
3.
Tear off the tendons of snow peas and clean them.

Cut the lean meat into strips, add cornstarch, cooking wine and salt to marinate.

Heat oil in a pan and put some shredded ginger.

Add lean meat.

Tips:
1. Add salt to the lean meat, marinate it with cooking wine and cornstarch, and stir-fry it more deliciously, smoother and more delicious.
2. The snow peas can be fried and cut off.
