Stir-fried Lean Pork with Spring Bamboo Shoots

Prepare the main raw materials.

Lean meat, cut into silk, add soy sauce, pepper, refined salt, cornstarch.

Add a few drops of oil, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the spring bamboo shoots into thick shreds with a knife, remove the seeds and cut the green and red peppers into thick shreds, and chop the ginger and millet peppers into fine pieces.

Tips:
1: If it is fresh bamboo shoots, be sure to boil the water in the pot before cooking. Because bamboo shoots contain oxalic acid, blanching can get rid of it.
2: Lean meat, can also be replaced by favorite such as beef, chicken breast.
3: Doubanjiang, soy sauce, both have a salty taste, so there is no need to add additional salt.
