Stir-fried Lean Pork with Three Vegetarians

Ingredients: fresh shiitake mushrooms (cleaned and sliced).

Cucumbers (cleaned and sliced), red peppers (stemmed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut).

Lean meat slices.
