Stir-fried Leek Stew

Pick and wash the leeks, and wash the stew.

Cut the leek into sections.
3.
Cut the stew into strips.
4.
Start the frying pan, and fry a few leeks roots in the pan.

Stir-fry the aroma, stew into the pot and fry.

Stir-fry with salt and chicken noodles.
7.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, and stir-fry the leeks.

Stir-fry evenly and serve.
Tips:
1. This dish is refreshing and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
2. It is not advisable to add condiments with heavy color and flavor to this dish.
3. Leeks are easy to cook. Put the leeks in the pot after turning off the heat. The heat of the hot pot and the stew is enough to cut the leeks.
