Stir-fried Leek with Soy Sprouts

Prepare the ingredients. Choose to wash the leeks

Soak soy bean sprouts in water, pick and remove the bean skins, remove and control water

Cut leek into sections, chopped green onions, mince ginger

Shred the lean meat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and starch, mix well, marinate for 2 minutes

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add shredded pork and stir fry when it's warm

Turn on high heat, add soybean sprouts, stir fry a few times, add salt

Stir-fry until the bean sprouts are broken, add the leeks

Stir-fry on medium heat until the soybean sprouts are soft and the leeks are wilted. Add a little soy sauce to increase the color, then turn off the heat
Tips:
1 Marinate the shredded pork in advance, taste, tender but not firm
2 The bean sprouts are delicious until they become soft. I chose small soybean sprouts, which feel more tender and delicious.
