Stir-fried Lentil Shreds

Tear off the tendons on both sides of the lentils and wash them. Wash the garlic and green onions separately.

Chop garlic into small pieces, chop green onion into small pieces, and shred lentils.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté the fragrant garlic on medium and small heat, pour shredded lentils and stir fry.

Stir continuously, and continue to stir fry with a little water under the hot pan.

Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

Stir-fry until fully cooked, add a proper amount of lard and stir-fry well.
7.
Add the chopped green onion and stir-fry before lifting.
Tips:
Lentils must be fried before eating, otherwise food poisoning may occur.
The lard before the pan makes the lentils smooth and tender, and the lentil skin does not feel thick and dripping.
