Stir-fried Lentils with Sausage

Prepare the raw materials in advance, wash and prepare the sausage

Cut red pepper into hob pieces; cut sausage into slices; cut green onion into sections; cut old ginger into shreds; cut garlic into slices

Tips:
1. After the sausage is smoked, there will inevitably be some grease on the surface, so it must be cleaned
2. Red peppers can be eaten raw and don't need to be fried for too long to avoid loss of vitamin C
3. After the sausage is cut into slices, it can be fried directly without cooking, without affecting the taste
