Today, there was just one tomato left in the house, so I tried to fry it with lentils. I didn’t expect the fry to taste so delicious. The taste was sour and sweet. It was very appetizing, and it was robbed as soon as it was served.

Stir-fried Lentils with Tomatoes

1. Remove the ribs on both sides of the lentils, then break them in half by hand and put them in a basin to wash and drain the water. Wash the tomatoes and cut into blocks for later use.

2. Heat the pan first, then pour the oil, turn on the high heat, pour the washed lentils and stir fry.

3. Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry, and stir-fry the tomatoes a few more times.

4. Put in an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry it evenly to be out of the pot and plated.
