Stir-fried Lettuce Neck with Okra

Prepare the ingredients, wash and blanch the okra, peel and wash the shallots, and wash the lettuce stalks. If it is very old, remember to remove the outer skin. If it is not old, you can slice it directly

Tips:
1. I use frozen okra, fresh okra will be more delicious.
