Stir-fried Lettuce with Goose Gizzards

Ingredients: cooked goose gizzards (already cut), lettuce (peeled and cleaned), dried chilies (already cut)

Put the cleaned lettuce on the chopping board and cut into slices.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut dried chili and the cut lettuce and stir fry.

Next, add in the cooked goose gizzards and stir fry.
5.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
6.
Add the right amount of MSG.

Saute and stir well, serve.
