Stir-fried Lettuce with Lean Pork Slices

Ingredients: Lettuce

Lean meat slices

Wash the lettuce and remove it.

Fold into two sections and set aside.

Add some cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, starch, and blended oil to the lean pork slices and mix well.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the mixed lean pork slices and stir fry until the color changes.

Then, add the lettuce and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
