Stir-fried Lettuce with Scallion and Duck Egg

The lettuce is peeled and ready.

Cut into thin slices for later use.

Cut the chives into small pieces and set aside.

Wash the duck egg shell and set aside.

Beat the duck eggs, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and chives and stir well.

Heat the pan with cold oil, fry the egg liquid until it is set, and serve.
