Stir-fried Liangpi

The cold skin is bought and it has been cut. If it is too dry, add a small amount of water and mix it.

Wash the bean sprouts with dry water, shred the carrots, add salt and water to mahjong, and mix thoroughly. Cut the green onion and ginger.

Put oil in the wok, add the scallions and ginger to the pan.

Add carrots and bean sprouts.

Stir fry until 8 mature.

Add cold skin and sesame sauce.
7.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
8.
Sprinkle with chopped chives on the plate.
