Stir-fried Liangpi with Chives

1. Prepare materials!

2. Cut the cold skin into strips.

3. Finely chop green onions and garlic.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, stir fry the garlic and chopped green onion.

5. Change to low heat and add Liangpi.

6. Add chili sauce and stir-fry on low heat.

7. Add chicken essence, salt, and a little water.
