Stir-fried Lion's Head with Green Garlic

Steam the lion head first.

Wash green garlic and cut into sections
3.
Heat the oil in the pan, put down the white garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Put down the garlic leaves and lion head and stir fry.

When the green garlic has wilted, add salt, chicken essence, and stir well.
Tips:
1. The lion head must be cooked first, or heated, otherwise it tastes hot on the outside and cold inside.
2. This dish can be without chicken essence.
