Stir-fried Local Vegetables

Ingredients: ground vegetable, garlic rhizome, wild mountain pepper, chopped pepper.

This is the local vegetable, a close-up.

Heat the pan with cold oil, and pour in the chopped garlic rhizomes.

Pour in the local vegetables and wild peppers, chop the peppers, and continue to stir fry.
5.
Add salt, chicken essence, steamed fish and soy sauce, and continue to stir fry.
6.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
The local vegetables have a lighter taste, so they need to be seasoned with more salt.
