Stir Fried Long Beans

Cut long beans into sections, mince garlic, mince dried peppers, cut meat into sections, cut minced meat into the pot, add more oil, heat the pan and stir-fry the long beans under cold oil

Stir-fry long beans until the skin is wrinkled and remove them for later use

Stir-fried ground pork with oil of fried beans

Stir-fry with garlic and chili

Add long beans and stir-fry together, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate, and stir well.
