Stir-fried Long Beans with Minced Meat and Mushrooms

Wash the long beans and cut into sections about 2 cm in length.

Put the beans in a frying pan of 150 or so and fry them until they are cooked to control the oil.

Heat a wok with oil, minced green onion, dried chili, minced mushrooms, and minced meat and saute until fragrant.
4.
Add the beans, adjust the flavor, stir fry evenly, thicken the thick gorgon, and drizzle the oil.
5.
Take out the pan and serve.
