Stir-fried Loofah

1. Ingredients: loofah.

2. Sea serpent (head and internal organs cleaned).

3. Peel the loofah and wash it.

4. Put it on the chopping board and cut it into hob blocks.

5. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the loofah and sea scallops and stir fry.

6. Then, add some salt and MSG.

7. Stir-fry well and serve.
