Stir-fried Loofah
1.
Peel the loofah and set aside.
2.
Cut the loofah into pieces with a hob, shred the red pepper and set aside.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and sauté the peppercorns and chopped green onions.
4.
Add the ingredients and stir fry.
5.
Mix in salt, thirteen spices, pepper and chicken essence.
6.
Stir fry a few times and serve.
