Stir-fried Loofah Skin

Prepare the loofah and red pepper, be sure to choose this very tender loofah.

To make loofah skin, you must choose tender loofah. Cut the loofah into sections, and then cut the loofah skin from the upper and lower sides of this section. It will be more delicious with a little loofah meat. Cut the loofah skin into shreds, and save the loofah in the middle. Loofah egg soup or loofah scrambled eggs.

The skin of the loofah is cleaned and water-controlled, and placed on a plate for later use. The stems and seeds of the red pepper are removed and shredded.

Pour edible oil into the pot to heat up, put the loofah skin and red pepper shreds into the pot and stir fry.
