Stir-fried Loofah with Cordyceps Flower

Material drawing. Soak cordyceps flowers in warm water.

Beat the eggs.
3.
Heat oil in a wok and fry the garlic slices.
4.
Pour in the beaten egg mixture.
5.
Add the loofah and stir fry.
6.
Put cordyceps flowers on the loofah when it is cooked, season with salt, sugar, and pepper.
7.
Just out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The cordyceps flower can be soaked slightly, and the water can be kept for use.
2. Don't fry the loofah too well, just start it in sections.
