I bought cordyceps flowers. My daughter loves them very much. I have eaten them in restaurants before. They often have Cordyceps flowers in the name of the dishes, but there are very few in the dishes. I bought them myself and I can eat them whatever they want.
Paired with loofah, cooked and made soup, they are all delicious.

1. Material drawing. Soak cordyceps flowers in warm water.

3. Heat oil in a wok and fry the garlic slices.

Tips:

1. The cordyceps flower can be soaked slightly, and the water can be kept for use.

2. Don't fry the loofah too well, just start it in sections.
