Stir-fried Loofah with Leek

Wash the loofah after scraping off the skin.

Cut the washed loofah in half, then cut into sections and cut into strips.

Wash the leek and cut into sections, peel the garlic and cut into strips, and cut the chili into sections for later use.

Heat the wok, add cooking oil to heat, add chili and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the loofah and stir fry until cooked.

Add the leeks and stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of salt and a little monosodium glutamate and stir-fry evenly to start the pan.
