Stir-fried Lotus Root with Black Fungus and Celery

Ingredients: black fungus (soaked and washed)

Lotus root, celery

Wash the lotus root and peel it off.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Wash the celery.

Place it on the chopping board and cut it into small pieces diagonally.

Then, put the celery and black fungus into a pot of water, blanch them, and remove them.

Then, put the sliced lotus root in boiling water, blanch it until it is broken, and remove it.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add the blanched lotus root, celery and black fungus and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and MSG to taste and stir well.
