Stir-fried Lotus Root with Tomatoes

Prepare the raw materials, peel and shred lotus root, peel and slice tomatoes.

Soak lotus root silk in cold water to prevent oxidation and discoloration.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the peppercorns.
4.
Add lotus root shreds and stir fry.
5.
The lotus root silk is plucked all around. (You can also serve the fried lotus root shreds)
6.
Add chopped ginger and stir fry until fragrant.
7.
Add tomatoes and stir-fry the red oil, add salt, sugar, and white vinegar to taste.
8.
Serve out the plate.
