Stir-fried Matsutake and Celery | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, and set aside.

Shred the dried bean curd and sweet pepper, and set aside.

Cut the celery into sections, slice the garlic, and set aside.

Add oil in a hot pan, saute garlic, add dried tofu, celery and sweet pepper, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir fry.
