Stir-fried Matsutake with Red and Green | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, and set aside.

Shred carrots, green peppers, and ham. Set aside.

Slice the garlic and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add ham and garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the awake (beef wa) freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms, carrots and green peppers in turn, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt, and continue to fry until cooked and ready to be served.
Tips:
1. If the ham you buy is too salty, you can blanch it in advance for desalination.
2. Sweet peppers are suitable for green peppers.
