Stir-fried Meat with Cowpea

Prepare ingredients: cowpea sections, wash; cut lean meat into small pieces, marinate with salt and soy sauce for about 5 minutes; soaked sour chili, cut into small sections, prepare ginger, garlic, and Chinese pepper.

Add a little oil, heat, add the ingredients and saute until fragrant.

Add the marinated lean meat and stir fry.

Put the fried meat out of the pan, set aside, fry for too long, the meat will be older; stir-fry the cowpea in the pan.
