Stir-fried Minced Pork with Dried Radish

Place the dried radishes in a large bowl and wash with running water to remove some of the salt

Wash the dried chilies and remove the stems, cut into pepper rings with kitchen scissors, wash and cut the shallots, squeeze the dried radish to dryness, place on the chopping board and cut into soy bean-sized pieces

Heat the wok without oil, pour the diced radish into the pan and fry repeatedly, dry the water and serve

Wash the pot and dry it, heat up the stove and add oil, stir-fry the meat filling in the pan and fry until fragrant, put the red pepper into the pot, stir fry with the meat filling, pour the cooking wine and stir well

Return the dried radish with moisture to the pot and stir-fry evenly with the meat filling. Add sugar, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to the pot and stir-fry evenly. Pour a little water along the side of the pot depending on the situation in the pot.

Stir-fry the diced radish and minced meat evenly, fry until the water in the pan is dry, pour in sesame oil and stir well, sprinkle with chopped green onions and stir-fry a few times to start the pan
